I’d double check cabling and volume buttons and de-embedders stuff since it could be something silly like that. That tells me that Flame audio is setup correctly from a software perspective. Although the Desktop Video 11.5 drivers are unsupported yet for this Ubuntu-mate 20.04 release (kernel 5.4), it installs fine and even works (self tested) for some Blackmagic Cards 'DeckLink SDI / Decklink SDI 4K (full duplex)/ Intensity Pro 4K (full duplex)' as in IO for OBS-studio 25.03 or CasparCG server.
